New Alutaguse Brown Bear and Wildlife Observation Hide

At the new Alutaguse Brown Bear Observation Hide, you are very likely to see a bear. The hide, which is located on the bank of a stream, has observation windows opening to two sides. The northern holes overlook a mixed forest of spruces and birches and the southern ones a stream and a meadow. In the forest, you might see bears, raccoon dogs, woodpeckers, and other forest birds. Elks and roes can be seen on the meadow. Sometimes, a beaver may swim by. In addition, there a lot of different birds: the golden eagle, the white-tailed eagle, the goshawk, the hawk, the Ural owl, passerines, and others.

The hide is simple, comfortable, and cozy. It has a dry toilet and private cabins with bunk beds, sleeping bags, and chairs.
